THE VENUE

A luxurious landmark in the heart of downtown Vancouver, Rosewood Hotel Georgia blends historic elegance with modern sophistication. With beautifully designed rooms, an award-winning spa, and exceptional dining, it will be our home for the offsite this year, hosting our meetings, welcome dinner and overnight accommodation for the entire trip.
 

ACCOMMODATION
Three nights’ accommodation will be provided for you at the Rosewood Hotel Georgia on:

  • Tuesday 8 September

  • Wednesday 9 September

  • Thursday 10 September

Your stay for these dates has been pre-paid on your behalf.

Check-in is available from 3:00pm. A welcome dinner will be hosted at the hotel from 5:00pm on the day of arrival.

MEETING SPACE

All main sessions will take place in the Spanish Ballroom, located within the hotel. This elegant and spacious venue will serve as the central hub for the offsite, hosting plenary sessions, presentations, and group discussions throughout the programme.

A basic agenda and timings are currently included on the home page. A more detailed agenda and daily timings will be shared closer to the event.

EXTENDING YOUR STAY

If you wish to extend your stay beyond the nights of 8–10 September, additional accommodation will be at your own expense and should be booked separately.

Please inform the travel team of any extended stay requests, and we will do our best to arrange a continuous room booking for the duration of your visit.

  • Canada Place & Waterfront – An iconic part of the city’s skyline and a great starting point for exploring the harbour.

  • Gastown – Vancouver’s oldest neighbourhood, known for its cobbled streets, independent boutiques, and the famous Steam Clock.

A FEW LOCAL TIPS

  • Get outdoors – Even a short walk offers beautiful scenery—don’t miss the chance to enjoy the fresh coastal air.

  • Coffee culture is strong – Vancouver is full of excellent independent cafés, ideal for a quick break between sessions.

  • Dress in layers – The weather can be changeable, even in September.
