Booking Flights

Igneo Infrastructure Partners can book your travel to and from the event.

Arrival: Tuesday 8 September 
Departures: Friday 11 September 

Please note that flights longer than four hours will be booked in business class. First class travel is not permitted.

The options listed in the registration site are curated flight paths based on your departing office location. Once you have completed your registration, a member of the events team will be in touch to confirm your final flight options.

Any custom travel requests that differ from the curated options listed below may require sign-off and authorisation by Niall Mills.

You can submit your flight preferences when you complete your registration.

Please note, this year we have a strict amendments and cancellations policy. 
To ensure we're making the most appropriate travel choices and avoiding unnecessary changes or additional costs, we are asking all staff to review and confirm their flight selections in line with the policy below.

Any changes to booked flights must be approved in advance by emailing igneo.partners@igneoip.com. All change requests will be reviewed by Niall Mills. Delegates should also notify the travel team (info@igneoglobaloffsite.com) as soon as possible once a cancellation or change is needed. 

Where flights need to be amended, delegates should select the lowest reasonable cost alternative that meets business needs. 
Supporting evidence (e.g., medical confirmation) may be requested where applicable. Changes driven soley by personal preference alone may not be approved. 

Acceptable reasons for flight cancellations or changes include:
Illness or medical reasons
Family or personal emergencies
Business or work-related requirements
Airline, travel, or transport disruption
Travel documentation and compliance issues
Safety or wellbeing considerations
Other exceptional circumstances 
 

Arrival Transfers
The closest international airport is Vancouver. Once we have confirmed your travel details, your transfers to and from the hotel will be booked by our travel team. 

Your arrival and departure transfer timings and meeting place will be shared with you closer to the event, once we have all travel information confirmed. 

Please note; for flight departures from Vancouver, we allow 2 hours at the airport for short haul flights and 3 hours for long haul flights. Departure transfers will be booked in line with this.
